My password isn't very memorable, can I change it?

In a word, no. The passwords are generated by the system to be secure and very hard (near-impossible) to guess. This increases the security of our system and also increases security for the users by preventing 'weak' passwords such as 'john123' or 'password' (yes a lot of people use the word 'password'!).

If someone were to guess your password, login to your account and alter payment details or your services... enough said!

You can ask the system to generate a replacement password for you, however e.g. someone who knew the password has left your organisation, but not choose your own.
