If you don't want to use our Mangament Interface or you have a need that you can't quite fulfill with it then let us know your particular needs and we will provide you with a quote for creating the service for you.

Application integration

If you already have a system elsewhere you'd like an IVR service to interact with then please feel free to give us your requirements so that we can build a specific service for your which interacts with your own systems and/or data or maybe you need a special module creating to allow you to integrate your systems into the Management Interface when you're editing your applications. Whatever your requirement, let us know and if we can build it for you (very likely), then we will!

Professional voice recordings

If you sound like Vera Duckworth or Rab C Nesbitt then don't worry as we can provide you with professional voice recordings if you don't think your own voice fits the bill. Simply send us a script of the dialogue you want for your playback modules and a reading style and our voice artists will render your scripts to audio for you. If you've already built your service with your own voice and simply want us to replace your recordings with ours then just say which recording goes where and we'll put them into your service for you and let you know when it's ready to check!
